Staci grew up in Murdo, SD, and graduated from Northern State University with degrees in both Banking & Finance and Management. She spent over a decade building strong relationships and driving long-term partnerships and business growth in the hospitality industry. In 2024, she transitioned to agriculture, joining LB Insurance and earning her crop insurance license. Staci now manages livestock insurance products, helping farmers protect their cattle and hog investments from market fluctuations. She lives in Warner, SD, with her husband, Jason and their three children, Gunner, Jett, and Crew.
