Staci grew up in Murdo, SD, and graduated from Northern State University in 2011 with degrees in both Banking & Finance and Management. She began her career in hospitality, where she fostered and maintained strong relationships with franchisees, leading to ongoing partnerships and business growth over the course of a decade. With this valuable experience, she eagerly embraced a career pivot within the agriculture industry. Staci joined LB Insurance in the spring of 2024 and obtained her crop insurance license. She oversees the management of livestock insurance products, helping farmers protect their cattle investment from market fluctuations. Staci currently resides in Warner, SD, with her husband, Jason, and their three children, Gunner, Jett, and Crew.
